Hi there,

We’re getting ready to launch some new features in our next release to make your reporting easier, clearer, and more efficient.

🗂️ Easily Spot Archived Resource Labels

Now, you can mark labels as “Archived,” making it easier to spot and filter out labels that aren’t in use anymore.

📍 New Name for People Housing: Now “People Locations”

We’ve renamed the “people_housing” view to “people_locations” to better reflect the wider range of data it now includes, helping you make more informed decisions.

✨ No More Hassle with Yes/No Fields!

We’ve updated Boolean fields to store values as 1/0 instead of “Yes/No,” making data analysis quicker, saving you time, and streamlining your reporting process.

🕵️‍♀️ No More Null Values for Deleted Users

Deleted users will now be labeled as “Deleted User,” making your data more consistent and understandable in your reports under the following field views:

  • Providers
  • Assigned_Name
  • Case_Involvement_Recipients
  • Primary_Assignee
  • Involvement_Completed_By
  • Case_Involvements

To keep your data in Casebook as clean and accurate as possible, we recommend disabling users instead of deleting them. Disabling users preserves their historical data, so you can easily track and reference past activity while keeping everything neat and organized for future use.
