Workflows
NEW: Step numbers have been added to each step in a workflow.
Now you can easily see how many steps there are in a workflow.
cb Admin
NEW: Ability to pre-populate forms with more than one option in a field.
UPDATED:New "Next stage" icon when creating forms.
The "Next stage" (green arrow) icon will move the form into the "In review" section.
Notifications
NEW: Stay on top of tasks with new in app notifications.
Users will now receive notifications when a new task is assigned to them.
UPDATED: Portal Users will receive new tasks notifications in cb Access.
cb Engage
NEW: Ability to format spacing in Notes. Spacing in notes can be formatted. When you create paragraph and bullet points, they will stay when the note is saved.
Bugs 🐞
BUG FIX | cb Intake:Notes that are created will now show up without refreshing the Reports page, and notes from the Notebook page will be on the Reports page, as well. Previously, the Reports page had to be refreshed before the note would appear. Also, previously, notes created on the Notebook page weren't showing up on the Reports page.
KNOWN BUG |Person Profile:The YES/No options covers Employed * in Employment and finances section.
