Home Page

NEW: Keep an eye on your work and find out more details about tasks and steps from the Tasks and Workflows section on the Home page. 

Now you can easily review the tasks remaining in a step or navigate to the case, workflow, or provider to complete your tasks from the Tasks and Workflows section. 

cb Engage

UPDATED: Sample workflow now available in cb Admin. 

Calling all administrators!  Want to use workflow but not sure where to start?  We've added a sample case creation checklist workflow in cb Admin for you to edit and publish to try out this exciting new feature.  It will let your users stay up to date following a checklist of tasks when a new case is created and assigned to them. 

NEW: Get more results when you search for Services in cb Engage.  

Display all results by clicking on "show more" when searching for services in the cb Track directory.

Notebook

NEW: Reviewing and finding notes has been made easier with Filters. 

Need to find a note from a particular date? Or need to locate particular note types? Now, you filter notes by author, note type, and/or date (or date range) on the Notebook page. 

Forms 

NEW: Prepopulate forms in standalone tasks assigned from cb Track and cb Access. 

Forms that are assigned as tasks can be automatically prepopulated with existing information.
