cb Reporting

NEW: Design reports that will fit your needs and provide meaningful insights from your Casebook data. 

Our brand new cb Reporting app allows you to create custom visual and graphical reports, set up dynamic filters, add calculated fields, export reports (Excel, PDF, etc.), and more. Check out the Reporting 101 article to learn more and get started.

NEW: There's a new version of the mobile app available in the app store. 

Download the updated app today to get the most out of your mobile experience! 

NEW: The Knowledge Base link has been updated in mobile. 

Get to the Knowledge Base with ease through cb Mobile by clicking on Menu > Knowledge Base. 

Bugs 🐞

BUG FIX | Forms

The signature section in Forms can be signed easily. 

Previously, if you lifted your finger once or stopped clicking on your mouse once while signing the form, then you wouldn't be able to continue signing. 

BUG FIX | Person Profile 

The Yes/No options no longer covers "Employed" in the Employment and finances section on the Person Profile. 

BUG FIX | cb Mobile

Ability to save and submit forms offline is available. 

Previously, there was troubles saving and submitting forms offline. Now there will be a message that confirms when a form is successfully submitted while offline. 

KNOWN BUG | cb Mobile

Unable to login after updating the mobile app from the app store. 

Currently, there's an issue with the log in page being stuck loading after updating the app from the app store.
