NEW: Keep cases up to date and save all of the information in one place using the Email into case feature.
Have you ever received an important and relevant email that you wanted to include in a case? Now instead of going through the trouble of copying and pasting an email into cb Engage, you can email into a case using the unique case email. Emails are automatically saved as a note, and any attachments will be saved in the Recent Notes section, as well.
UPDATED:Find Portal Users faster in cb Admin with the updated sorting capabilities.
Previously, this feature was made available in cb Admin Users section, and now it's also available for the Portal users section in cb Admin.
The Portal users section will default to 50 users per page with an option to see 100, as well. Also, you can sort alphabetically (by last name), status (alphabetically for now), and Last Login time.
