| View in browser What’s New in Casebook New features, fixes, and other improvements to help you get the most out of Casebook May 6, 2021  🔦 Spotlight Feature cb Engage NEW: Schedule Your Meetings in Casebook Are you spending lots of time coordinating meetings with clients and stakeholders on your cases?  Well, starting this release, we're working to make your job easier by enabling meeting scheduling directly from Casebook.  In cb Engage, see the new section "Meetings" which is accessible on each case. Adding meetings from a case lets you stay organized and informed about what's going on with the case from within the system. To learn more check out the Knowledge Base article.   NEW Configurable Field: Meeting type, to support scheduling meetings, you can specify what kind of meetings you have in cb Admin under global fields.    Coming Soon Beta\* Stay tuned for these updates to the Meetings feature: Connect meetings to your personal calendar (G Calendar, Outlook, and Office 365).  Send all meeting attendees notifications for the meeting  Organizer will receive notifications when an invite is accepted or declined.  See your meetings on the Calendar (Home page) and from your user profile page.  \*Beta means that the service is not completely finished, but it will still do everything it's designed to do.  Features cb Engage NEW: Get updates when an email is sent into a case with notifications.  Anyone can use email into a case to submit information directly into Casebook without logging in! Simply cc or share the email with relevant sources of information, and see their future emails become notes directly in a case.    When an email is sent into a case, the primary case assignee will receive a notification in app and through email. To learn more about our email feature, check out the email into a case article here.  cb Track NEW: Create new providers without adding a person.  You asked, we listened!  Adding a contact person to a provider is no longer required to submit a provider record.    Bugs 🐞 BUG FIX \| Notes  Notes in Edit mode will show the Author of the note.  Previously when a note was being edited, the author's name would change to whoever was editing the note at the time. Now, we'll show the author of the note instead of the editor's name.    📢 Announcements  Get help when you need it!  Chat with our customer support team M-F from 10am - 6pm EST by selecting the Help chat in the upper right hand support menu from any page you're in Casebook.       New Hire Training - On the first Monday of the month, we offer a Casebook 101 training.
