Increase Productivity & Collaboration. Looking to coordinate your work out of Casebook into in-app work? Scheduled meetings will now appear on your Home page!
Reduce back-and-forth scheduling meetings with clients, tracking confirmation, sending reminders, scheduling follow-ups through phone calls and emails.
Send email reminders to clients through the primary calendar they use to reduce no-shows.

Dynamic Fields
Administrators can customize and create new fields and sections with Dynamic Fields.
Further configure Casebook to fit your organization's specific needs.
Collect important and relevant information to your organization with added fields and sections.
To make changes go to cb Admin > cb Engage > Dynamic pages. Currently, admin users can create and edit dynamic fields in cb Engage. Keep an eye out for more updates to this feature in the future!
Pre-built Reports
Our team has added 5 pre-built reports to help you get the most out of your data in Casebook.
Pre-built reports can be filtered to focus in on applicable insights and data.
Reporting Admin users can copy & edit Pre-built reports for further customization.
Export Pre-built reports into different file types (e.g. Excel, PDF, CSV).
Features
cb Engage
UPDATE: Email multiple attachments into a case, and only one note will be created.
Now you'll have all attachments in one email note. When you email multiple attachments into a case, it will show up on one note in the Recent notes section. Previously, a note was created for each attachment.
NEW: All ongoing services will be displayed when you expand the person card in cb Engage.
Any ongoing services which includes: cb Track directory services, internal and external services, will show up under Ongoing services in the person card. Internal and external services are grouped together while cb Track directory services are listed underneath.
cb Intake
NEW: When a new Intake Report has been created, status will be "New" instead of "In Progress".
In cb Intake, when a new report is created and no changes are saved, the Report Status will show up as New on the Workload View. If any changes or information have been added to the report, the status will be In Progress.
Person Profile
NEW: Create more robust person profiles with further information. We've added two new fields in person profiles: Marital status and Sexual orientation.
Marital status and Sexual orientation can now be recorded on a person profile. Administrators can also configure these two fields in cb Admin > People > Fields.
cb Admin
NEW: Two configurable fields have been added to the People section.
Marital status and Sexual orientation have been added to the person profile and can be configured by administrators in cb Admin > People > Fields.
