NEW:Determine which statuses mean active or inactive for providers and cases.
In cb Admin, we added parent values to the "Status" field for providers and cases. Statuses mapped to "inactive" will be not be counted the # of cases or providers assigned to users on their Home page. Your team can also also hide closed cases on their Workload View with the Case Status Filter. To learn more, check out our Knowledge Base.
You can now assign meaning to each Provider Status and Case Status in cb Admin.
Notifications
NEW:Users will no longer receive notifications for any case statuses or provider statuses that are mapped to Inactive in cb Admin.
Home Page & Workload View
NEW:Workers can rely on their Home page to reflect Active cases and providers only.
Admin will need to map case status or provider status fields to Inactive in cb Admin. Also, if a worker applies the "Hide closed" filter for Case Status, any closed/inactive cases will not be displayed.
Assignments on the homepage only reflect active providers or client cases

NEW:Casebook supports both 9 digit and 4 digit Social Security Numbers with validation.
If your organization doesn't track 9 digit SSNs, you can now click on Restrict SSN to last 4 digits. You no longer will have to create placeholder digits to store clients' 4 digit SSN.
