NEW: An updated way to navigate through Casebook! Have you ever needed to find a record or a page in Casebook, but you weren't sure how to get there? Now you can easily get back to your work or a page that you were viewing with the Recently Visited Feature.
Your recently visited pages can be accessed from anywhere in Casebook. Click on any of the recently visited pages on your list, and you'll automatically be taken to that page.
The Video shows how to use the new Recently Visited Navigation feature. Click on the video to expand and view.
cb Track
NEW: We've added Provider Status as a filter in the Workload View. You can now filter by License Status and Provider Status. This will help organizations where license status doesn't apply. Administrators can make changes to or add new provider statuses in cb Admin, if needed.
New Provider Status Filter button on cb Track's WLV.
Tasks and workflows
UPDATE: We are no longer displaying tasks or workflows associated with closed provider or case records on the Home page.
In order for inactive/closed records to be filtered out automatically, Administrators will need to map provider status fields and case status fields to parent values. To learn more about mapping parent values, click here to read more.
Notifications
NEW: You can now assign roles to receive notifications when new applications are submitted to cb Access.
Go to cb Admin > Providers > Notifications to add or update which roles will receive the notification. By default, any users with Provider Supervisor roles will receive a notification when a new application has been submitted.
cb Reporting
NEW: The Subject of a Note can now be reported on. Get the full story with the new notes subject field in cb Reporting. You can now pull notes subject data for your reports.
NEW: Data from active Forms can now be reported on. Reporting Admin can create custom reports to pull data from any of their active forms in Casebook.
Start to create a custom report, and select the Casebook Platform as the Data Source.
After selecting the Casebook Platform as the Data Source, you will have the option between pulling from data tables or data views. The Tables tab will show you all of your live forms and the structured data within.
Click on the form you want to use and select data.
Then you will be able to build your report using the fields available. Each field is a field on your form that you can drag and drop into a table or pivot table.
Please note, fields with multi-select values will appear in CSV format, and they will be separated by a comma. For example: {"blue", "brown", "green"}. You can use a column splitter in Excel or Google Docs to parse that data into single columns.
The Tables tab is where you can select which forms to pull data from.
