Dynamic Fields

NEW: You can now hide County and Legacy Case ID fields in cb Engage. 

If either of the fields are hidden, any existing data will not will not be deleted, and will still appear in reporting. Check out this article here for a refresher on dynamic fields.

cb Reporting

NEW: You can report on more types of dynamic fields. 

We've added these dynamic fields in Reporting: 

• Yes/No
• Single checkbox

cb Engage
NEW: Assignment based permissions for cases are here. 
With assignment based permissions, workers will only be able to view and/or edit their assigned cases. 

Admin can update existing Engage roles in cb Admin > Roles. If assignment based permissions are not applied, then the usual permissions will stand.
