📝 "Created By" Column in Workload Views
We’ve added a “Created By” column to the Workload Views in Engage, Intake, Providers, and Person.
It’s perfect for:
Tracking who created records, so everything’s more transparent.
Filtering results faster with the new multi-select filter.
Sort records by the creation date, making it easy to see the newest entries.
🔍 Person Labels in Preview & Autocomplete
No more guessing! Labels now appear when you hover over the info button or search, making key insights easy for your team to spot without leaving the page.
We also know how important it is for you to have the right information at the right time. Now, critical details, like a “At Risk” tag, are instantly visible, helping you quickly identify when someone is displaced.
📌 Expanded Pinning for Workload Views
You can now pin important rows in People, Intake, Engage, and Providers Workload Views! Pin your key records to the top and easily spot the pinned ones with the thumbtack icon.
